Peri-menopause symptoms can start as early as in your 30's. Traditionally, this can include any and all of the following symptoms, and the symptoms can vary in intensity.  Regardless of the age ( adolescent or adult, peri- or menopausal ), the presence of a disproportionate amount of Estrogen to Progesterone is a common underlying cause for many of the symptoms and illnesses unique to the female hormonal chemistry.  This is referred to as Estrogen Dominance.

Women are Complex
Hormonal health in a female is more complex than that of a male's.  This is not to say that it cannot be improved upon, just that it takes a little more thought and caring. The standard approach to diagnosing hormonal imbalance is based upon measuring reference hormones that do not tell us the actual amounts of Estrogen, Progesterone, DHEA, or Testosterone.

The Millennium's approach has been to measure each hormone directly to determine if it is low, normal , or elevated. Based upon these results a custom program is built to address your lifestyle and your living goals.
